 This show is the next show to take place in the new Tokyo Dome. The reborn UWF is our next promotion to run the Dome. Maeda had recently left NJPW again after another falling out with Management and continues to push the envelope on what wrestling can be. Tatsuo Nakano vs Shigeo Miyato Really frantic strikes out of a clinch to begin. The mat work is not either mans strength however the strikes out of a standing clinch is quite excellent. This is very much shoot style, two guys going for legitimate techniques centered around pro wrestling ideas and is done quite well. The standing work and grappling whilst standing is definitely the highlight of this match, whilst the grounded work is kinda just there. They do it cause they feel they have to. Miyato knocks downs Nakano but Nakano is able to meet the count but is quickly downed again in a flurry of action; is able to keep fighting through but Miyato finds a nasty variation of a half crab.  This is a card I saw a friend on Twitter mention wanting to find and I saw three of these matches and just knew I needed to watch and review it, boy am I glad I did.  Tengu Barron Tengu Kaiser vs Munenori Sawa Naoki Ueda Quick opening between Ueda and Tengu with holds traded, before the other the other Tengu tags in and is taken down by a shoulder block and a dropkick. This match is quite clipped but what is shown is pretty good all around. Tengus win after a splash by the red one. Get around 2 minutes of a 13 minute match. No rating due to it being that severely clipped. Koji Kanemoto Ryusuke Taguchi vs Shota Takanishi Tatsuhito Takaiwa Taguchi does a taunting dance as he is introduced that got a chuckle from me. Takaiwa and Kanemoto are jawing before the match as the old NJPW Jr. stalwarts begin this match. Incredible mat work, followed by heavy ass chops as expected.   This is my beginning of covering the famed UWA promotion.   November 3rd 1991. Opens with an announcer welcoming us to the arena before cutting to Alcatraz and Maria Teresa Medina giving us the black down of the card. Villano 1 Villano IV Villano V vs Black Power Rambo The England One of the Villanos and the England to start with llave work. The mat work is quite excellent as one would expect. Fully llave as it should be. Villano I I believe know in as is Rambo who quickly powders to the outside. Black Power and one of the Villanos working quickly now picking the match up off the mat before Rambo is tagged back in. Rambo is fantastic here however the Villanos as a team are fantastic eventually winning fall number 1 via role up. Continue to work with Rambo before Power tags in now to work over a Villano who quickly moves to the outside allowing another Villano to knock Black Power out of the ring. Hi, This is my list of the top matches not from WWE/AEW of the week. I do allow myself to have ROH matches on this list just do to how little recognition it does get despite being a quite good product if a hair lacking. (Not listed here but do highly recommended the Adam Priest Workhorsemen vs Sky team match from the honorclub episode this week.)   Battle Satellite in Tokyo Dome This is the first show to be held in the newly built Tokyo Dome. Antonio Inoki's NJPW during an incredibly hot period of business is the first to run it. Match 1: Young Lion Cup Hiro Saito vs Naoki Sano Saito is first to gain an advantage but Sano uses his speed to take out Saito and hit a dive on the outside. Saito is able to work from on top here. Quite enjoy Sano as a fiery babyface. Saito is an unbelievable heel using his size to his advantage. He is really grinding out Sano in this one. Sano’s kicks are awesome in this one. Am a hair confused on how either man is a young lion. However this is damn awesome with fantastic heel face dynamics. Hiro Saito hits a fantastic missile dropkick to send Sano to the outside before eating shit on a dive. Sano hits a massive crossbody to the outside. Sano gets impossibly close on a two count.       Hi I am E.K and this is simply an introduction to me and my blog. I am a wrestling fan who has written far too much about this sport that I truly love. So with this information I decided to start this blog to put these musings out into the world. I plan to update this blog quite regularly, hopefully two or three times a week is the plan. I do rate every match I watch on a scale of 20-80 with 50 being the baseline for good. Its more for me to be reminded of my feelings of matches as I go back to them in the future.       All opinions in this blog are my own, I promise no matter how insane they may seem. I plan to do full show reviews from older shows, and for stuff from current times I plan to just review individual matches.
